Capital Investment Planning
The development of a programme of capital works is often one of the most complex and time consuming tasks undertaken by an Asset Management Department. Most commonly, the starting point will be data collected as part of a Stock Condition Survey. Although we are well versed in creating programmes based on our own data, we have developed methodologies for working with a clients own data, in a variety of different systems. It is crucial that the development of any programme is specifically tailored for that particular client's needs. We recognise the need to work closely together to ensure that any capital programme reflects not only the condition of the stock, but also any legislative requirements, current or future policies, and most importantly residents needs and expectations.
